Registration and eligibility
A registration is not confirmed until the organizing committee accepts the entry and any required verification is complete. Participants are responsible for accurate roster, contact, institution, and identification information and must meet the eligibility rules for their selected event.

Fees and payment evidence
Displayed fees and packages are event-specific and may be updated before the registration deadline. The website does not process bank transfers. Transaction references and uploaded payment evidence remain subject to independent verification by the organizers. Entries may be rejected or held where payment cannot be verified.

Tournament rules
All participants, teams, supporters, and organizers must follow the official Code of Conduct, event rules, venue requirements, safety instructions, and decisions of authorized referees or organizers. The organizing committee may amend schedules, venues, formats, or eligibility requirements when necessary.

Communications
By submitting contact details, you permit the organizers and their service providers to send registration, payment, scheduling, safety, and other tournament-service notifications. You may contact the organizers about incorrect or unwanted communications.

Content and availability
Event information is provided in good faith and may change as official details are confirmed. We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every page will always be error-free.

Limitation and contact
