We use this information to process tournament registrations, communicate with participants and organizers, verify entries and payments, provide registration-status updates, manage check-in and event operations, answer enquiries, send service notifications, and maintain an audit trail for administrative actions.
The website does not process bank transfers or card payments. Participants submit transaction references and payment evidence for independent verification by authorized organizers. Do not upload passwords, card numbers, PINs, or other unrelated sensitive information.
Information is stored in the tournament’s configured database and private file storage. Payment evidence is intended to be accessible only to authorized organizers through time-limited previews. We do not sell participant information. We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, storage, and security operations.
Records are retained only as long as needed for tournament administration, financial reconciliation, legal obligations, safety, and dispute resolution. Retention periods are set by the organizers. You may contact the organizers to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legitimate recordkeeping and legal requirements.
