Official tournament dates: 24 November 2026 – 29 November 2026. Six days of competition across all 13 sports disciplines, hosted at Xavier University, Patna.

Six-Day Tournament Framework
The competition runs continuously from Tuesday, 24 November through Sunday, 29 November 2026. Daily court assignments and kickoff draws are released prior to event kick-off.

Main Sports Arenas & Campus Grounds
Disciplines: Basketball, Cricket, Kabaddi, Athletics, Badminton, Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess
Surface: Outdoor sports courts, cricket pitch, athletic track, and indoor auditoriums
Report 30 minutes prior to match time (15 minutes for Kabaddi to avoid a walkover).
Mandatory Guidelines
Reporting, Curfew & Identity Bylaws
30-Minute Reporting
All teams and individual athletes must report to their assigned venue table at least 30 minutes before match time. For Kabaddi, players must report within 15 minutes of the scheduled time to avoid a walkover.
6:00 PM Campus Curfew
All participants and visitors must leave the campus premises by 6:00 PM daily. Any participant found on campus after 6:00 PM will be disqualified from the rest of the tournament.
Aadhaar & College ID
Both a valid Aadhaar card and a valid original college ID card are strictly required for athlete check-in. Ineligible or passed-out students are barred from competition.
